Gold for “iCARE”

Awarded at the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2025

iCARE, a leadership development program designed for people managers in a service-led environment, was awarded Gold for Best Use of Blended Learning. The program’s design thoughtfully combined digital modules, live facilitation, peer learning, and workplace application to create a seamless and impactful learning experience.

Participants engaged with real-world leadership scenarios, explored tools like the Skill-Will Matrix and Team Effectiveness Model, and practiced coaching, feedback, and emotional intelligence in their day-to-day roles. The program’s ability to embed learning into routine leadership practices through a blended format earned it top honours in this category.
