Best Use of Blended Learning

Chrysalis won Silver for ASPIRE – Best Use of Blended Learning at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2023.

In our enduring collaboration with a Leading Global Network Integrator, we built a blended learning program to develop the skills of these high potential individuals / First Time Managers through a learning journey of managerial effectiveness with multiple interventions, strong engagement elements, and learning sustenance.

We used a diverse range of learning modalities such as classroom teaching, bespoke and self-paced e-learning modules, and group coaching, leading to a well-rounded learning experience that combined theoretical knowledge with practical skills and real-world experience.
