Gold for “iCARE”

Awarded at the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2025

iCARE, a leadership development program designed for people managers in a service-led environment, was awarded Gold for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program. The program stood out for its fresh approach to building leadership capabilities – combining organizational values, emotional intelligence, and team enablement into a cohesive, behaviour-driven learning experience.

Its design integrated real-world leadership scenarios, blended learning formats, and practical tools like the Skill-Will Matrix and Team Effectiveness Model. By embedding learning into everyday leadership routines and focusing on high-impact behaviours, iCARE delivered a distinctive and memorable development experience.
