Awarded at the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2025

iCARE, a leadership development program designed for people managers in a service-led environment, was awarded Gold for Best Sales Leadership Development Program. While not a conventional sales training initiative, iCARE focused on building leadership behaviours that directly influence team performance, engagement, and accountability – critical drivers of business outcomes in customer-facing roles.

The program’s blended and application-oriented design enabled leaders to coach effectively, conduct impactful reviews, and foster motivation and emotional intelligence within their teams. Its success in strengthening leadership practices that support performance and retention earned it top honours in this category.
