“EXPLORE,” a learning initiative designed for a leading Indian private sector bank, was awarded Gold for its excellence in learning measurement. The program embedded a robust measurement framework that tracked learning effectiveness across multiple dimensions – knowledge acquisition, skill application, behavioural change, and business impact.

By integrating pre- and post-assessments, manager feedback loops, and performance analytics, EXPLORE provided clear visibility into learning ROI. The insights gathered were used to continuously refine the program, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
