Awarded at the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2025

iCARE, a leadership development program crafted for people managers in a high-accountability, service-oriented environment, was awarded Silver for Best Leadership Development Program. The program focused on strengthening everyday leadership practices—ranging from team engagement and ethical conduct to coaching, motivation, and performance management.
