Chrysalis won Gold for Manager as a Coach – Best Hybrid Learning Program at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2023.

The collaborative efforts of the Largest General Insurance Player in India and Chrysalis led to the development of a hybrid learning program, constituting classroom sessions as well as e-learning, gamification, for on-site and remote employees.
