Awarded at the Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2025

iCARE, a leadership development program tailored for people managers in a service-led environment, was awarded Gold for Best Competencies and Skill Development. The program was designed to build foundational leadership capabilities that directly influence team effectiveness, ethical conduct, and performance enablement.

With a focus on practical leadership behaviours, iCARE covered themes such as onboarding new team members, communication styles, coaching for retention, emotional intelligence, and performance reviews. Its blended and application-oriented approach enabled participants to internalize and apply key competencies in their day-to-day leadership practices – earning top honours for its depth and impact.
