Chrysalis won Gold for Ignite Wave – Best Advance in Creating a Learning Strategy at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2023.

In our long-standing collaboration with India’s Top General Insurance Provider, we believe in ‘co-creating’ and ‘co-achieving.’ The intervention involved individuals across different Bands collaboratively making better future plans. It was was created as a learning strategy for the participants which incorporated all visions and goals that were set for the coming year.
