Chrysalis won Bronze for Lead to Inspire – Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Awards 2023.

In our enduring partnership with India’s Leading General Insurance Provider, we created a program that addressed the adjustment issues and sales pressure. The competencies that we looked at were: Employee Retention, Creating Engagement, Hiring Right, Building High Trust Teams / People Management and Managing Performance.
